Attendance Policy: If I am selected to participate in Leaders Of Tomorrow, I understand that the opening retreat and graduation ceremony are required and that I am allowed to miss no more than 16 hours per year of the program to qualify for graduation from the program. I agree to notify the United Way if I am unable to attend a session or have to leave a session for any reason. If selected, I will make the commitment to attend every session.
